    &lquo; Where to begin... This is the story behind domino #1. It is the first Domino in The Topple. It was created in 2008, and since then set in motion the entire Topplers concept and the non-profit organization. I'm extremely proud to have had the courage to try something as bold as this, and I can't express how rewarding it is to watch all the resulting actions from other Dominos in The Topple. I encourage you to also be bold, have courage, be creative, trust that good things will happen if you help others set big things in motion, or take on our own big ideas. Domino #1 started it all, and now it's up to you. How big can The Topple get? As big as YOU want.

How the Dominos Move

The idea behind the Topplers website is to help people track their impact by passing uniquely numbered Dominos from person to person. Here’s how it works:

    John passes a Domino to Mary.
  2. 2
    Mary claims the Domino and becomes the new owner.
  3. 3
    Mary learns about the history of the Domino and it’s “purpose”.
  4. 4
    Mary tips the Domino (passes it on to Sue).
  5. 5
    Sue claims the Domino and starts the cycle over again. Mary is notified that her impact has grown.
  6. 6
    Everyone feels good about keeping the Topple in motion so they add more Dominos and big things happens!
